Stama Ltd runs this website and decides how the details you send through the enquiry form are used. Questions or requests about your data: stamagoals@gmail.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, phone number, email if you give it, the journey details, anything you add in the notes, and how you found us. For spam protection we also keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your internet address, which is cleared within a day.

Why

To reply to your enquiry, give you a price and arrange the journey you asked about. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. If you mention access or health needs in the notes, we use them only to arrange your journey, with your consent (the tick box on the form).

Where it goes and how long we keep it

Your enquiry is emailed to our inbox (hosted by Google (Gmail)) and stored on our web server in Poland (EU). We delete enquiries from the web server after 12 months and keep the emails as part of our booking records. We do not sell or share your details, and we do not use them for marketing.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics trackers.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
